Everybody is welcome to and even expected to contribute thoughts and ideas to help the company grow and excel. Management is truly committed to trying to find the right balance between pushing for aggressive company growth and making sure the employees have rewarding and fulfilling professional and personal lives. Senior leadership is absolutely top notch.
