      Awful communication. They don’t value their employees. They don’t want to invest in specializing in anything… always chasing the shiny object.

      Everyone works hard but there isn't crunch or busy work. Very much focused on delivering what the client needs.

      You may have the chance to work with some big brand names.

      Everything will turn into a fire drill due to mismanagement and selling a dream to the client. The blame game gets played hard. If you are a contractor, good luck getting paid on time or even at all.
