      Pros

      I have been associated with Icon Resource for the past 4 years and I have got a good raise in my position, and we are encouraged to put forward our ideas. Overall, I find this company worth working for.

      Although we do get a raise, but with more responsibilities.

      Tech environments good for growth

      Kontras

      MD won't delegate propermly all functions, (micromanaging) thus causing HR to become a 'yes sir' department. Prrof is that an aggressive reply eill be posted and instead of taking the constructive critic, they will try to fight the input and do not recognize any issue. It is the other way aroubd: the good posts here have been paid for or posted under dures.

      Professional people to work with, great pay roll progarm, never had a bad word to say about Icon the whole time I was employed there
