This company loves creativity. Sky is the limit here. As the company continues to grow there is always room for employees' suggestions. Lots of helpful trainings for new content areas and products. Flex work schedule. Ability to work from home. Unlimited vacation days! Room for growth within the company. Friendly coworkers!

Having an office on the west coast and on the east coast constantly having to work around the time zones. Growing pains ...lots of trial and error until best practices have been found. Pay is competitive but wish there were more opportunities for reviews or promotions rather than just once a year.
