We are also implementing a service recognition program (slowed down by Coronavirus), because in today's world and especially in technology companies, it's rare to have so many employees with 3, 5, and 10 years of service. And lastly, senior leaders have been reviewing pay practices, which most of us recognize as the ultimate individual recognition, to ensure that our overall compensation is competitive within the market. In fact, many departments saw a positive impact as part of their annual salary increase in the last review cycle.
