The management is out of touch, rarely in the office, and making knee jerk decisions, based on flimsy or flat out wrong information, in an attempt to appear in control. There is no proper training in place for anything other than the product itself. New hires should be on guard from those who are training them and watch for attempts at sabotage and undermining your success.
The office location is also a negative, public transit is very limited and there are very little in the way of food options close by.
The pay is very low and the expectations are very high.
