Do not understand appropriate infrastructure alignment by having detailed roles & responsibilities defined and filled with the appropriate personnel; Personnel then need to understand not only their responsibility, but others as well, in order to run efficiently and effectively. Do not understand how to build for growth; they just buy businesses, squeeze existing growth potential out, then move on to the next business.
