Short-sighted "leadership" doesn't know the business or how to manage people - Management bei ITW: Mitarbeiterbewertung

New management was put in place in the summer of 2016 and sweeping changes have been made since. The new leadership does not understand the business and does not communicate with employees--or seem to value them. The only consideration is the bottom line, harshly so--and short-shortsightedly so. This used to be an amazing place to work and, in a heartbeat, it became a prison.
