Good People Mid Management--Awful leadership and direction - Business Development Manager bei ITW: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership does not work well with employees. In my five years, I NEVER once heard a sales employee who was happy with their manager. Previous leadership was not very capable but good people, new leadership is extremely capable--however they are also cold, mean spirited, closed to employees, and hired to fire. Having spent direct time with the newest VP I knew there was no way anyone but a "YES" man/woman can work .
