      One of the largest employers in Saint Petersburg.

      Totally ineffective. Management there for not deciding what to do, but for finding whose fault and who's responsible.

      Pros

      I.T.S.C. is one of the few jobs I have found that allows staff to think and act like managers, it is a very family like atmosphere and everyone helps everyone succeed

      There is a lot of information to learn but for someone that is willing to put in the hard work and effort it is well rewarded
