Pros
1. It is a good place to learn about non-conventional building technology (container units, pre-fabricated units, light gauge steel, modular construction)
2. They have a relatively healthy pipeline of projects
Kontras
1. You will work long hours (8:30 - 6:00) minimum.
2. You will be overworked and underpaid
3. You will constantly be under pressure to produce BQs for quotations under unreasonable timelines. Woe unto you if you make any mistakes.
4. You will rarely if ever be allowed to visit the project sites and yet you will not be allowed to work remotely
5. You will only work on producing BQs and nothing else. Once you have shared your BQ, you will be moved on to the next project with minimal to no involvement in the project thereafter.
6. The payment timeline is not constant and sometimes you will experience unforeseen delays.
7. The leave policy is unclear and can be frustrated to ensure that you keep working (even during weekends and holidays)
8. On occasions, you will be shouted at and made to feel stupid and inferior by your superiors.
