We also offer pay scales in select departments to automatically reward employees when they hit career milestones and pay out an annual bonus to all permanent employees. We’re also really proud to be a global HR team, expanding across the UK, Americas, India and Romania. Having a balance of employees in the HR team across our operations enables us to provide a consistent, around the clock service for our employees and the business.
