Sales Incentives are World Class- I travelled all over the world as a result of top performance. Double comission months, sports events etc., you can earn really good money and do experiences of a lifetime if you are prepared to graft. Relatively easy sell compared to other sales jobs given brand and market dominance.

Culture- in order to progress/get promotions things were based entirely around who were 'sucking up' to the right people and presenting themselves in a certain light rather than overall performance. It is not the place you can just get your head down, perform and see a career path. You have to play politics to succeed. Processing of sales was a minefield, there are numerous CRM systems which are extremely complex and invaraibly led to endless customer service issues which were no fault of your own but you had to deal with which took away from selling time. The selling of the product is the easy bit, it's the processing that was the time consuming part.
