We’re committed to helping everyone grow through a variety of initiatives, from fully funded training and apprenticeships to our own internal professional development courses such as our High Potential Programme, which provided interactive networking sessions, webinars, and other activities to over 170 participants in FY23.
We appreciate that IRIS is a large and fast-paced organisation and we’re proud to run regular Global Company Updates, where the Executive team provide exciting news from key functions and encourage employee to ask questions in a dedicated Q&A session at the end of each update. Equally, our interactive Peakon tool also allows managers to listen and respond to anonymous feedback from employees. We’re very proud to have received just over 67,000 employee comments and seen over 52,000 manager responses since we launched the platform. We’re also proud to offer a range of reward and recognition initiatives, including our quarterly IMPACT Awards (where we crown 5 nominated winners from across the business), the annual Top Talent Award with 147 winners in 2022, weekly Thank You Thursdays which encourage employees to celebrate each other, and our IRIS Heroes which our CEO shouts out in her weekly email.
