We are delighted to welcome all our new employees to IRIS, with a live company induction each week, which covers our software systems and process and a range of resources and support. We also offer a dedicated onboarding portal and support our managers in welcoming their employees into the team. On our expense portal, where employees can book their travel and accommodation, our system provides the preferred locations for travel. We have passed your feedback onto our facilities team so that they can update this information on our office intranet pages.
