Pros

The pay is somewhat decent but that’s about it

Marketing and sales team is ran by a condescending, sales driven, rude and other things il refrain with every year financial year they trim people count and then do it all over again in the new year! Madness! There are no processes, no people culture, pressure on everyone to deliver always, and even if you are really good they will want more blood and sweat. CMO is useless, just agrees to everything anyone tells him, has no back bone and no ability to stand up for his team, does not deserve to be CMO and just hides behind others who are doing things and he just agrees to his bosses

We are very proud of our Marketing team and are delighted to have welcomed 14 new employees to our department of 53 in the last 6 months. We are also delighted that through our employee engagement tool, Peakon, the Marketing department has achieved an engagement score of 8.5, which is above our true benchmark. The highest scoring drivers for engagement in Marketing are ‘Flexibility’, ‘Autonomy’, ‘Management Support’, and ‘Goal Setting’, all scoring 9 and above. We will continue to encourage our employees to share their feedback with us through Peakon, or through other routes such as our Employee Voice Ambassadors, so that senior leaders and executive members can receive the collective thoughts and opinions of our teams. We are committed to creating a culture of #1RIS where everyone feels supported, can develop and grow, and #MakeItHappen. We support our employees through a range of policies, processes, and initiatives, such as our flexible working patterns, 3 charitable Giving Back Days, an extensive range of benefits and perks, dedicated wellbeing resources and diversity groups, as well as our world-class Quantum project which combines singular processes into a fully integrated set of systems. Pros

I have been with Iris for approximately 5 months and have been incredibly impressed. The people I work with from my peers, leadership (including executive leadership) and my team, are amazing. Building relationships has been easy as most of the employees are open to it, are very collaborative and genuinely want to help! Iris is also focused on equality and ensure we all have a fair opportunity for growth. While we have a lot to do here, it is clear that we are valued.

As a rapidly growing organization, we have some growing pains and some foundational processes, systems and flow that need to be updated and/or adjusted, but nothing that won't be fixed over time.

Pros

Changes in senior management in the last year are taking the company in a very positive direction. Management has shown that they really care about the employees.

Kontras

Many employees work from home so you don't get to see people in person every day.
