Joining an organisation with grand ambitions and a fast-paced, high-octane culture, was initially quite frightening. You never know how you will be treated nor how your day-to-day work will look like. Within days I felt comfortable. IRIS ensured I was fully equipped to tackle whatever came my way, armouring me with the tools to operate independently, comfortably, and enthusiastically. This is a result of the trust endowed in me; transparent honesty coupled with clear direction and strategy, leading to great results and a happy workday! Starting off remote working was never going to be easy – But the team made me feel comfortable at every point along the way. Making sure their inboxes were open to ask questions and generally have a chat to create that office vibe, online.
