Depending on what HR and management team you are working under, seems that the stated philosophies and mission statements don't bear out. "Be Transparent", "Innovate", "People Before Profits" are slogans that are not supported in reality. "We REALLY want to know what you think" is only true if it aligns in support with the executive corporate agenda. Kowtow to the bottom line takes precedence over advocating for employees.
