I worked here for a while and it isn't perfect but pretty darn good - especially for Tampa. I will say that while turnover exists (and is high in sales) many people leave for better jobs/positions BECAUSE of the training and development they received here. They push you hard so for the right kind of person it can be a great career starter. * The organization is very much "pay for performance". Lots of people making a lot of money! Poor performer not making any :( * Many new(er) people with not very much experience get a chance to manage or take on leadership opportunities * If you are entrepreneurial and like fast moving businesses this is a good place to work. If you like predictability and working down checklists you won't like it here * Many friendly, hard working people. Feels like a family culture * Starbucks close by :) * Convenient location to St. Pete and Tampa suburbs

* Because many of the managers are new some of them are "learning by doing" which can be frustrating...but almost all of them have good potential and try hard * Many of the employees are in their 20's and this can lead to immaturity and cliques * Because it is "pay for performance" if you aren't performing you will be terminated. They don't really mess around with this * Some good people end up leaving too soon. It can take some time to figure out what they are doing so more patience is required
