The colleagues. Occasional training.
Kontras
The quality of the product itself. The lack of resources. Compensation or lack thereof. Vacations often denied. Poor and old tech equipment. The NY office dictates everything, all other offices lack autonomy. Upper management is not really qualified for the job. You feel like you are working tons of hours for little money and so the founder and his son can buy another Porsche and fuel their jet. Absolutely no satisfaction out of what you do.
