None- people across other teams were nice though

Culture is awful, this is not a global company or a corporate job. Little to no benefits, micromanagement and immense pressure, over selling event packages, and the whole culture is dictated by the extremely poor retention rate. Staff leave on a weekly basis pretty much. They can’t keep talent. Also fairly unprofessional conversations around the desk- could do with some diversity and inclusion training for management.
