      - My specific manager is very flexible and supportive (can't speak for others) -My team is good - Pay is decent

      Kontras

      - Forced return to office across the board, regardless of office size/accommodations - would have preferred a general guideline of wanting more face time while allowing local offices to maintain autonomy of how to execute. - Benefits leave much to be desired - No sick leave (only PTO to be used for all purposes) - No bonuses or additional incentives
