This is a great place to learn a lot about some current technologies, and work with customers. The vacation and sabbatical benefits are wonderful.
Kontras
Most positions are dead-end jobs, with no opportunity for promotion except through attrition. Performance reviews are infrequent, and are not tied to raises when they do happen. My advice to anyone starting via the internship program: Treat this like a degree program and use your sabbatical to start your job hunt. Four years of experience should look great on your résumé. Keep track of each technology you learn, and what projects you contributed to.
