Flexible, positive and ethical culture, always surrounded by very hard working "type A" personalities, keeps me challenged on on my toes, just an overall good place to work. For once in my career, I look forward to coming into work each morning. You get to work with people from all over the world.... yet still have a small company "family" feel.

Like any smaller company, INTTRA experiences a lot of change, and with change comes some growing pains. Employees who join the iNTTRA family should be adaptable, quick to learn and jump right in to take action, and really be a self starter. They pay well but also expect you to do the work they pay you to do well. It's not a company where you can slack off... and that's a good thing!
