It is a really inclusive place to work. I have had previous jobs where I have definitely been an outsider, but here I feel included at all the co working and company events. It has good benefits and pay structure. Pay is reviewed every May and is always increased by some %. Exciting products that are very well loved by the market.

Co working has now switched to Leeds for 1 or 2 months instead of Peterborough which is on my doorstep which has meant I didn't go to co working the last month, but I get that this has meant people up North can now go.

Great Culture and People - everyone has a voice, you feel heard and valued by the company. The employees are great, real community feel. Work hard and play harder at company get togethers. Remote isolation: Working fully remotely can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the regular team meetups help a lot. Just wish I lived nearer my team so we could have more co-working days! Fast pace: The company is growing quickly, which means things move fast — can be hard to keep up sometimes, but it's exciting.
