Pros
IIF allows you to engage in your own initiatives and encourages growth and integrity. Co-workers are exceptional and management is very good. I note one employee below who claims to have been there for 5 years complaining about "shady" behavior. I have never experienced that at IIF. The owner has personally told me on several occasions to "always do the right thing." HR, legal, and the proposal shop are very proactive. If you raise a problem, it's handled immediately. But you have to let them know.
Kontras
IIF is a smaller company and moving up is hard to do, especially if you're a contract employee. Contracting is getting difficult because there's constant competition. The other contractors I've worked for have not treated me as well as IIF does.
