I was able to work remote (this depends on what contract you work on), There is little oversight (pro & con).

No continuity in company: C-suite execs have no idea what happens on their contracts; as long as the contract gets renewed they dont care about shady management practices. Unless you are part of the boy's club, dont expect to move up the ladder. No bonuses / raises given. Earned vacation time is capped at 120hrs, meaning I accrued much more but only received 120 hours. The company has been involved in several lawsuits and is unscrupulous - be careful!!
