Company doesn't care about its employees. Management gas lights us into thinking they care about the morale and will make changes. I've been there for years and nothing's changed. It's only gotten worse. Turnover rate is high. Lots of overtime because of turnover. Equipment is ancient and poorly maintained, creating lots of headaches and stress on the workforce.
