Terrible benefits: PTO starts after a full year of employment and they give you only 5 days for the second year. 10 days at that's maximum after 2 years of employment. Medical insurance is very expensive with them. 401k is 100% match for the first percent of your contributions and then 50% match for the next 2 percent of your contributions. The only federal holidays the company is closed for are Christmas and New Year. Work environment is not friendly or social enough for people outside of hasidic Jewish community. And the worst part I guess is the $500 year-end bonus
