Pros
I'd say "the co-workers" , but everyone seems to be looking to move to another opportunity. The Del Mar location is wonderful, but now they're moving to Escondido. Senior Management will stay in the premium location.

Today's progressive companies strive to find ways to KEEP employees happy, motivated, enthusiastic. ICW must teach management to continually point out negatives, ways to improve, assuming this will inspire employees. It tends to have the negative impact as turnover is high. "Going away" parties are common. Those who leave often reach back for former co-workers who also feel overwhelmed and under appreciated. Work-life balance is NOT a priority and much is expected. Employees simply do not trust management.
