Micromanagement No compensation for extra hours in any way. Lots of extra hours. No carreer plan/No bonuses. Stressfull environment Junior Managers, there are almost no managers that worked in another company (besides internship). New employees don't have any autonomy compared to old ones. Workload very unbalanced between areas. Gossipy environment.
