Pros
Pay is decent if you can demand better pay up front. Merit raises aren't really a thing. Promotions are few and far between. Healthcare options are poor (3 choices, top choice is too expensive but the other two provide terrible benefits).
Kontras
Poor company culture. No backbone when it comes to standing up to our lawless government. No respect for LGBTQ employees. No respect for its workers, even the high performers. Mass layoffs! It used to be that this company would just reassign you if a contract ended, but now they're laying good people off left and right.
