They concocted some ridiculous cell phone synchronization requirement the day before the last of training -- totally unheard of. Ridiculous. The employment agency was already calling/texting repeatedly for any reason and no reason before the start date. Everything they ask was done for the start. The company sends equipment after you start and they evidently had to stop it in progress. Unethical, unprofessional company, more one could say after just a few days.
