Toxic work environment, little to no work life balance, management would rather take on more work and make employees do 3-4 times their workload, than hire more employees to split the workload. Requesting PTO was always an issue. Too many processes that were time consuming and just not necessary to get the job done. Inappropriate gossip and behavior.
