There are not many lateral paths of growth (like other consulting groups have). Since the project deadlines are too stringent, one has no time to venture into creative ideas. Do what your Manager says. Even if you do something extra, you are certain that no one will appreciate it. 4. Soft skills development is non-existent. 5. Lack of proper work management. Two people in different teams end up doing similar tasks.
