No room for growth. Lots of politics between the chiefs tends to squish the techs in the trenches who are actually trying to get the work done. Lots of middle management whose actually purpose is a mystery (i.e., people who manage a SharePoint team who have no clue about SharePoint but instead just muddle things and do more hindering than helping).
