Benefits are good, and the work environment is collegial and cooperative. A lot of dedicated passionate people work here, and if you can hitch yourself on their coattails, you'll do fine.

Middle and upper management oftentimes come across as disorganized or uncoordinated. One hand rarely knows what the other is doing. Good people at the associate level often get overlooked until they head elsewhere.
