      Pros

      - colleagues are usually very helpful - different projects and possibility to try new technologies - location inside upc campus - policy of no extra hours - attempts for making the company more international

      Kontras

      - really bad management - salaries just average and hard to increase - projects with no plan - no social benefits apart from ticket restaurant - teams with no district roles on the company - many important people are leaving the company for better offers

      Good salary, bonuses, incentives. It's good of you want to do savings

      Kontras

      Very toxic environment in Product operations department. No work life balance. Special intimation groups are being made so even if you want to go to the washroom or break you have to intimate in those groups. No learning and growth. You have to sit on your seat even if you have no work
