From the top down, people sincerely care about their co-workers and treat each other like family. The technical agility of Hyperwallet blows me away. It is a great place to work if you are someone who likes to actually be able to make a difference. People who do not put the customer first, do not take responsibility for their work, and are not dedicated to contributing to the corporate culture in a positive way do not last long here. There is no room for excuses or clock punching here. Because it is a fast-paced, growing company interested in being the gold standard, there are opportunities to learn a wider scope of work than just your discrete business area. Business leaders open the door to educate staff, promote learning and career growth on all levels.

You will find that there are not always templates to utilize or workflow processes in place that clearly define internal roles. People are used to just getting the job done. These things are being put in place as the structure of the company continues to grow. The technology is complex and takes at least 6 months to learn and is constantly changing.
