Pros

Base pay is great for a job only a few can do. "Hazard Pay", quoting system efficient. Utilizes Microsoft Products for efficiency.

Kontras

Said they would be in a new building by June 2015, has not happened. Nepotism, favoritism, money side of the house is Sled seasonal.SMB side is weak because of unrealistic expectations without necessary lead generation, marketing. Some people are allowed to remove their shoes which can be a little smelly at times. Constant revolving door.

The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

Pros

The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
