      Pros

      Gym, parking space and friendship among workers.

      Since it's a family business, nepotism is very much present in this company. Jobs are being handed out to friends and family of management. A lot of politics between departments, where a lot of back stabbing and blaming is happening as everyone is trying to cover their mistakes if something goes wrong. Some Supervisor and Managers are verbally abusive, like to threaten employees with their jobs, bad job training . Management has no accountability, they always blame the employees.

      The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

      Pros

      The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
