One of the things that has really stood out to me about Hyperproof is the company culture. From the very first day, I felt like I was part of a community of people who truly care about one another and who are invested in each other's success and personal wellbeing. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand or offer advice, and there is a real sense of collaboration and mutual respect that permeates the entire organization and we are 100% remote! But what really sets Hyperproof apart is the company's commitment to flexibility, especially for working mothers. As a woman and a mom in tech, I have often found it challenging to balance my professional responsibilities with my family obligations. But at Hyperproof, I have never felt like I had to choose between my career and my family. The company has gone out of its way to accommodate my needs, whether that means allowing me to flex my schedule to be present for my sick kiddo or to adjust my schedule to be at the important events like after school sports for concerts and have the ability to be present not distracted by what I am missing at work.
