The product is in still in early development, so new features and ideas are in constant development. Everything feels fresh, and the culture of the small dev team has developed into something really special. Problem solving is collaborative and every voice is heard.

The usual caveats of a small, early-stage startup apply. The workload is much higher than at a larger company, you're often required to work on projects that don't fit your area of experience, and you must context switch frequently to take on new bugs and features as they arise.
