They have a decent variety of office-oriented contracts. Being a long-time Twin Cities agency, they have a more personal approach to working with employees to find a good fit than some of the national/global temp agencies. They really try to help you find something that will lead to a long-term, career-building opportunity.
Kontras
-They lost some of their good recruiters over the past year (probably due to the impacts of Covid). -As with all temp agencies, their client companies come first, not their employees. This seems to be a basic tenet of the staffing industry, and Humera is no exception.
