Pros

You learn a fair amount and quite rapidly, you can take on a good amount of responsibility Most of the people are very friendly Good for people just leaving uni to learn some workplace workflows

Kontras

this place is good for a short amount of time. Do not stay here more than 3 months it will wear you down mentally. You will be working a full time job for no pay and that does get to you. That is time you could be using on your portfolio or earning money. Some of the male higher ups were and are inappropriate especially towards women, using derogatory language There is not enough communication of deadlines crunch deadlines often There is a high turnover of employees

Pros

It's a sweat shop, so you will produce a lot of work to help you get to a safe and paying job. However, the experience at HOPE is not worth it so just avoid.

Kontras

You will be sexually harassed and you will never be paid. It's a cult and other interns are working blindly towards an unrealistic goal because of false promises and lies from the managers. Any positive review has been planted by the managers themselves or current interns who have been persuaded to do so. I know this because during my time there, I was asked to do the same because "it's a charity," so that somehow makes them beyond accountability. An incredibly toxic environment lead by scammers and liars. If you currently work there, leave as soon as possible.

Pros

Co-workers are nice and friendly.

Kontras

More or less a sweatshop, won't help you grow career wise, better find something else to do.
