Pros

Good work/life balance, opportunities for tuition assistance and upskilling, decent benefits, work-from-home options (although this has been scaled back significantly), overall positive atmosphere and culture. Company has grown significantly over the past decade.

Kontras

Highly qualified internal candidates who meet basic and preferred qualifications are overlooked for open positions by hiring managers. Lots of complaints that people are stuck in their positions with no opportunities for growth while less qualified individuals, usually with a personal connection to the hiring manager, get the job. Many long-time employees in leadership roles who are not qualified and/or not scaling properly. Too many reorgs and RIFs from poor planning and a lack of strategic oversight. Below-market pay for many positions, especially those that require higher degrees/skills.

Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
