micro managed, leaders only care about saving their butt. very clickish and management micro manages you. will give you errors for every single mistake , training is basically reading a document that youre expectied to master after 10mns . very toxic environment , i wouldnt recomment this was the worst job ive ver had .

Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
