The RE/ISE associates are fantastic to work with...each bringing a different approach to the same job. The RE/ISE managers are good leaders when they are allowed to "manage" their teams and not on countless phone meetings or have stuff pawned off on them from top 3. The wellness aspect of Humana is second to none!!

Top directors sit in their office all day and delegate duties to their managers. Besides counting phone calls, 99% of employees have no idea what they do all day besides micromanage the employees. Phone call requirements are beyond outdated in a company that promotes technology based apps.....all except the NSO...gotta continue to make worthless calls to make quota. Top 3 managers are protected by the "Boys Club" network with upper level management in Green Bay and Louisville. Call volumes are celebrated more than productive sales....SAD.
