I never got paid properly and always had to fight to get paid what was owed to me. Compensation department always misses cases or worst yet, they put you on the wrong payscale paying you times and half times less than they promised and it takes them 5 months to fix it and pay what they owe you. People are constantly stressed out fighting for their pay. It didn't use to be a big deal when all the salespeople were making 6 figures but now that they have doubled goals, people's pay has been cut in half so it matters big time. Lots of people are leaving because of this!!!
