Nightmare Supervisor - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Humana: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I recently resigned from Humana because of what may be the worst boss in America. The job is intended to be a good balance between work and home but this boss tracked every second of the day. Her management style was akin to that of Joseph Stalin. I attempted to work with her on her style but it only angered her and created even greater resentment which in return was met with greater micro management, constant criticism and bullying. Humana can be a great place to work but be sure you are getting a good boss.
